Catharsis
– Greek word, meaning „purification”, „purgation”; it is a form
of emotional relief, through witch the subject frees him/herself from the
affective content of a past event. The term has been defined by the Greek
philosopher Aristotle who speaks about the benefic effect of a drama upon
the audience. For Freud and Brewer the term appoints the salutary effect
determined by recalling into consciousness a remembrance with strong
emotional contribution, totally or partially repressed..
For us Catharsis means rebirth. It is
the opened gate to the growth in your carrier.
